Shipping within the United States
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS and will be calculated based on chart below.
International orders will be shipped via USPS. We charge $20 flat rate shipping for 1 order and $35 flat rate for 2 or more orders. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery on international orders. Any additional costs that may be incurred during shipping, is the recipients responsibility.
Please note that delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.

*Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 12pm ET. Orders placed on Thursday after 12pm ET through Friday 11pm ET will arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to P.O. Boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.
* If there is an error on the billing and shipping information that you have provided, packages will most likely be handled by your local post office. If the shipment cannot be resolved with the post office, it will be returned back to us where we contact you on the discrepencies regarding the issue with the package. Please note that mistakes done on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs.
*Mistakes done on behalf of the customer does NOT void our policies regarding returns. After careful investigation of the issue at hand, we reserve the right to issue a merchandise/store credit for the return or cancellation of the order.
*Packages sent to military post-offices may have restrictions such as, APO-FPO-DOP. Additional rates may apply.
*Coupons: We reserve the right to ship with any carrier if a coupon code was used at the time of purchase.
*All packages are sent with signature confirmation so it is enevitable that you are home to recieve and sign for the package. Once package is signed, we are no longer responsible for the package. If an unclaimed packaged has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. LoveRich Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather.
FOR REFUNDS: WHEN RETURNING ITEMS, LOVERICH BOUTIQUE WILL EMAIL A REFERENCE NOTE(GOES INSIDE PACKAGE) AND PROVIDE A SHIPPING LABEL TO BE PRINTED AND PLACED ON THE PACKAGE. SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND CREDIT.
FOR EXCHANGES: WHEN RETURNING ITEMS, LOVERICH BOUTIQUE WILL EMAIL A REFERENCE NOTE WHICH GOES INSIDE THE PACKAGE. HOWEVER, IT WILL BE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ATTAIN A SHIPPING LABEL FROM YOUR LOCAL POSTAL OFFICE IN ORDER TO SHIP THE ITEM(S) BACK TO LOVERICH BOUTIQUE. ONCE THAT IS SETTLED, LOVERICH BOUTIQUE WILL SHIP THE EXCHANGE BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.

We accept returns postmarked within 14 days from the date the item(s) was delivered. We must get notification within 2 days after the item(s) was delivered for refund to be granted. For refunds, please email
Subject (RETURN) for a RA Return Label. Please allow 48 to 72 hours to get a response back regarding your request. No refunds shall be granted without a RA number. Regular priced items returned after our 14 day policy will be granted store credit or an exchange only.
Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition along with tags and original receipt. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. Please note: SALE + CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS.
If an item is not received within the time frame allotted, LoveRichBoutique.com will only grant store credit. We reserve the right to only grant store credit if the items are not back within 1 week after labels have been sent to customers.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
